R. Balasubramanian is a leader whose career spans more than four decades across the central government, multinational corporations, family conglomerates, and grassroots non-governmental organizations.
Throughout his career, he worked closely with board members and top executive teams at iconic Organisations including the Ministry of Shipping & Transport (Central Government), Brooke Bond (now Hindustan Unilever), Usha Martin, and the Elpro Group.
Driven by deep personal convictions of Honesty, Integrity, and Radical Transparency, he pivoted in April 2019 from three decades of part-time volunteering into full-time dedicated social entrepreneurship, establishing institutions that provide educational smart classrooms, medical care, and livelihood skills.
